Customer Service Account Coordinator

Seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for people to join our customer service team in Cerritos, CA. This position has a dual role - On the front end, you will serve as the face of the company by actively engaging customers to provide an excellent experience. On the back end, you will work as an intricate part of our team, coordinating with our supply chain to ensure customers receive the highest level of service possible.


Job duties include:

  • Managing daily customer relations
  • Providing inside support to our sales team in the field
  • Overseeing customer’s orders from beginning to end, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and returns
  • Coordinating with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience by monitoring production schedules and inventory levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-3 years related experience in distributor-based customer service
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year degree
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office based programs
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in international logistics or procurement a plus
